can we change without losing our innocence? are we capable of being heroes? is this world threatening us? is it better to be safe? is monotony key to happiness?

these were the questions that were running inside my head when i jumped out of my secure advertising life to pursue my creative vision through photography. i was not sure if i could make it. especially since i did not have any formal training (or big contacts). this series portrays my conflict: the need for safety against my desperation to cut loose.

sid’s world was shot using my son, siddharth’s toys. he is 6 now. he lives in his own beautiful world and laughs in his sleep sometimes.
